Flamingo Event Rental provides photo booth rentals and related event services. Service availability, pricing, and packages are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full amount as stated in your invoice.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Full payment is required before the event date unless agreed otherwise.

• Any additional hours, add-ons, or services requested on-site will incur extra charges payable immediately.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

5. Use of Photos

• By using our photo booth services, you grant Flamingo Event Rental the right to use event photos (excluding private events) for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event.

• Guests may request not to have their images shared publicly.

6. Liability

• We take great care with our equipment and services. However, Flamingo Event Rental is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by negligence or misuse at the event location.
